Mr. Bingham is a Certified Financial Planner™ who draws on broad experience from hands-on management experience at three social enterprises he co-founded: a non-profit community campus for young adults with learning differences, and two technology start-ups, one in biological healthcare, and the other a global workflow solution provider. After 12 years of work advising socially responsible investors, beginning at Legg Mason and Citigroup/Smith Barney, Mr. Bingham founded 3Sisters Sustainable Management LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) along with its research arm (wikipositive.org) and its proprietary fund family (Scarab Funds). He was educated at Yale University and Emerson College in England, where he was certified in Bio-dynamic Agriculture.
Ms. Fratis has served as an interim CEO, CFO and COO for start-up to pre-IPO companies. Services have been provided at the request of family offices, private and institutional investors, creditors and several Mid-Atlantic based venture capital funds. Ms. Fratis’ track record demonstrates an ability to successfully enter and exit businesses, and raise substantial capital for blind pools, fund of funds, and direct investments including five venture partnerships totaling $500 million. Tami has an MBA from Wharton and is a past President of the Alumni Association.
Mr. Martell has over 35 years of investment, trading and financial advisory experience. He founded Chariot Investment Group, a private investment fund employing sector ETF’s and options. He ran fully-automated arbitrage strategies as Head Trader at Maple Securities and Portfolio Manager at Thor Trading, LLC, and a quantitative-focused merger arbitrage fund for a division of BNP Paribas. Dan also founded Martell Trading Company, providing floor brokerage services as a member of the New York Mercantile Exchange and Chicago Board of Trade. Dan got both his BA and MBA at Harvard University where he played Varsity basketball.

Marnita Butler is the Operations Manager and has been with the team since its inception. She provides administrative backing and assistance with client needs and support. She also is responsible for desktop publishing. Prior to joining the firm, Marnita worked at the accounting firm, KPMG. Marnita is an active gospel singer who was in the first graduating class of the Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts and makes healthy soaps, Bubbles by Nita, in her spare time.
Finance Manager, Angelina Bellochio, joined the team in June 2012. She is responsible for all our institutional relationships and works closely with the CEO on the private debt and real assets portfolios. Fluent in Russian, Mandarin Chinese, and English, Angelina has a BBA in both Finance and International Business Administration from Temple University. Angelina passed Level I of the CFA Program and is now a 2016 Level II Candidate in the CFA Program.

A graduate of Syracuse University, with a career that includes a number of publicly traded and privately-held companies, Mr. is a member of Financial Executives International, the Institute of Management Accountants and is a Certified Management Accountant.
Bob Mottern has served as the legal counsel for the company since its inception. Bob joined the Investment Law Group of Gillette Mottern & Walker, LLP (ILG) as Partner in April 2008, bringing substantial corporate and securities law experience, specifically in the areas of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, banking and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 compliance work. Prior to joining ILG, Bob was a shareholder in Jones, Haley & Mottern, P.C., and before that Weizenecker, Mottern & Fisher, P.C.
He received his Juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School in 1984, and a B.S.B.A. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1981. Bob was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1984 and the State Bar of Georgia in 1992.
